St John’s Weekly Bulletin – Sunday 18 March 2018

– two churchwardens, who have responsibility for the building and furniture of the church and who serve as the executive officers of the parish, including dealing with Work Health and Safety issues;

– a missions secretary, who deals with the support of missionary agencies (and who serves as a member of parish council); and

– five members of parish council. The first responsibility of parish council is to: assist the incumbent to lead the mission and ministry of the parish.

Electing people is simple! For the missions secretary (1 position), mark the candidate of your choice. For the churchwardens (2 positions), mark up to two candidates of your choice. For the parish council (5 positions), mark up to five candidates of your choice. There’s no need to number candidates in order of preference.
